Detox: Hot Lemon Water Benefits

2015 is basically known as the year of Detoxes. Detox also simply known as a cleanse, involve limiting your food intake to pressed juice, avoiding specific types of food, or drinking a concoction of juices that supposedly rids your body of toxins. While doing my usual daily obessions with celebrites, I discovered detox brands such as SkinnyMint Tea, FIT Tea and Lyfe Tea on Kylie Jenner's Instagram.

For a couple weeks I did research on the SkinnyMint brand, badgerd them about just about anything, in the end I decided not to take a risk on buying any sorta of detoxes. Months later I discovered from Bethany Mota, hot lemon water detox. Instead of buying expensive teatoxes that most likely won't work, I bought a couple lemons and began a week of a more natural inexpensive detox, I make myself.

Here our some of the benefits of drinking Hot lemon water everyday morning.

*Flush out toxins replacing it with nutrients like calcium, potassium, vitamin C and pectin fiber.

*Aids digestion and encourages the production of bile

*helps cure the common cold

My opinion: Drinking Hot Lemon Water every morning for a week did help aiding digestion. I have IBS and it's helps me go to the bathroom more often without alot of pain. I loved the taste of the lemon water so it was pleasant experience for me.
