I recently came across the website of former Big Brother 16 contestant Victoria Rafaeli, and I found her post about these apps she uses and can I say it's a life saver! Really though like said we find excuses not to work-out or go to the gym and these apps save you time because now a days whe have hetic schedules because of School or Work. BUT, we all known now a days there's an app for everything.

The Arm Workout, Ab Workout, and Butt Workout apps are free on Google Play so try it today! Five to eight to ten minute workouts that are quick, convenient, and effective. Started out doing the five minute workouts, then built yourself up to the eight minute one to now the ten. It comes with video tutorials and timers making it super easy, so no excuses for not doing it, don't even try making excuses just do it!
